Return Check Policy

If HYA receives a return check notice you will have one week to make a cash payment. Your child will NOT be able to participate in practices or games until the check issue is resolved. If we pass week 2 with no payment we will take the check to the magistrate for collection. If you write us a second bad check we will automatically take your check to the magistrate for collection.

Refund Policy

HYA membership fees are NOT refundable. Registration fees will be refunded according to the following:

Child drafted to team – 50% refund

End of week 1 practice – no refund
