 CONGRATULATIONS HURRICANES IN PLACING 3RD IN GRAPEVINE TX!!!!

Congratulations to the Hurricanes for placing 3rd in Grapevine May 21-23.  Hurricanes ended up with a 7-1 record losing in extra innings in the semifinals 5-4.  The girls came back strong in the cosulation game winning 7-2.  Congrats on a job well done!!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS HURRICANES IN WINNING 1ST PLACE IN KELLER !!!

The Texas Hurricanes finish with a 6-0 record in route to winning their 1st tournament as a select team.  The girls faced with very windy conditions, proved that all the winter practicing is finally paying off.  The girls started of slow but once the 1st game jitters were over, the bats came alive outscoring their oppents 44-20 over the 6 games.

Welcome to Texas Hurricanes 97

We are a select fastpitch softball team playing out of Flower Mound, TX.  After an impressive run through FMYSA over the past 4 years, the Hurricanes have made the jump to select softball to improve our skills and play at a higher level of competition.  Our mission is to develop a strong team and strong team players through positive attitudes and training in the fundamentals of softball.
