Indiana State Police received word that the Prince George's County Police Department, Maryland had arrested a man on a weapons charge after investigating a complaint of a fight that occurred.  Officer's arrived and noticed a man sitting in a car with a knife concealed under the car seat.  He was then placed under arrested and charged with Concealed Deadly Weapon and taken to Prince George's County Jail.

 The man they arrested was going by the name of Oscar Alexander Guevara.  Police investigated further and noticed he had several tattoos.  They contacted the Gang Task Force to assist in the investigation.  When they ran his information through their dispatch, they received a hit that Guevara was wanted for Murder in Indiana related to a drive by shooting that took place in April of 2000 in Huntingburg, IN.

 The Huntingburg Police Department and Indiana Stae Police assisted Prince George's County Police in properly identifying Jose Hernandez, a.k.a. Oscar Guevara, a.k.a. Duke.  After further investigation of his tattoos and other identifying features, Prince George's County Police made a positive identification.  Guevarra was detained on their charge of Concealed Deadly Weapon and is being held for Dubois County's charge of Murder and Conspiricy to Commit Murder.  He is now waiting transfer back to Dubois County.
