Coaches - any individual (coach, assistant coach, trainer, team mom, etc) who will have interaction with the players must annually complete an EPYSA Risk Management form. This is an EPYSA and HSC Club requirement. Paper submissions are no longer accepted. Risk Management forms are completed on line. Please visit EPYSA using the link above and register as soon as possible so we are in compliance with the state. Please make sure that you follow the registration process all the way through to the end.
This applies to both travel and in-house staff.
