2011 Hess Tournament Schedule - Dec. 3rd

The Hulmeville Soccer Club (“HSC”) invites your club to compete in the HSC 2011 JOHN HESS MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT. The 2011 Tournament will be held on three consecutive weekends as follows:

November 19th through 20th
        Boys         Under-8 and Under-10
November 26th through 27th
        Girls        Under-8, Under-10, Under-12, Under-14, Under-16, Under-19
December 3rd through December 4th
        Boys        Under-12, Under-14 and Under-16, Under-19

The Tournament is a bracketed round-robin competition with awards presented to the first and second place teams in each division. HSC Tournament patches are also presented during the preliminary round. Swapping Club patches between Tournament participants is a tradition at HSC’s JOHN HESS MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT.

There are a limited number of openings in each division. Clubs are encouraged to pre-register by sending an e-mail to hulmevillesoccer@hotmail.com. A Tournament application as well as Tournament rules are attached. The entry fee is $275 (U8-U14) and $325 (U16-U19) per team.

Tournament eligibility criteria are as follows:

1.        Travel teams are not eligible.
2.        Any player whose name was included on ANY travel team roster, whether it be for your Club or any other Club, after August 1, 2011 is not eligible for participation in this Tournament.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ALL PLAYERS ARE INTRAMURAL ONLY
NO TRAVEL PLAYERS ARE PERMITTED (IN OR OUT OF SEASON)

The Under-8 and Under-10 divisions will follow the 8 v 8 format with a roster size of up to fourteen players. All other divisions will follow the 11 v 11 format with a roster size of up to eighteen players. There will be no exceptions to these standards. Amended rosters must be submitted before play begins. No changes will be allowed once games have started.
