The Hudson Pasco Police Athletic League ("HPAL") is an organization formed to inspire and bring youth closer together through sportsmanship, fellowship and athletic competition.

MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to teach the fundamentals of football and cheerleading to the youth in our community in a safe, supervised environment in conjunction with the Pasco County Sheriff's Office. Each athletic activity is conducive to promoting healthy exercise and intended to help instill beneficial life skills and habits by encouraging team spirit, cooperation and self-discipline.
WHAT DOES BEING A "COBRA" MEAN:
"C" is for COOPERATION to work together to get something done.
"O" is for OPPORTUNITY for a good chance to do something right.
"B" is for BELIEF of a trust and feeling that certain things are real.
"R" is for RESISTANCE of a power to oppose a force of another.
"A" is for ATTITUDE of a confident feeling to accomplish all of the above.
