Coach Pitch

This division introduces the player to hitting pitches. This division is for 7 and 8 yr olds we also have 6 yr olds if they have played 1 year of T-Ball. There are also 9 yr olds if they have never played any kind of baseball before or medically necessary.
The player's coach pitches to their own team. This gives the player a better opportunity to get the bat on the ball, as their coach can adjust the speed of the pitch.
It is still all about teaching the fundementals at this level.
At the end of the season the teams get their first experience of competitive baseball, in a tournament where scores count. This has been one of HHLL's fastest growing division' over the past several seasons!
