Q: How can I find out about rain delays or cancellations?
A: There will be a message scrolling across the top of the front page to indicate whether there is a delay or cancellation.
Q: What pages (folders) on the HSLL web site can I use?
A: All pages are available to look at and use except the Message Center. The Message Center is a PLUS feature of eteamz.
Q: What is a PLUS feature?
A: A PLUS feature is an added service that eteamz provides for those Leagues or groups who want to pay for that particular PLUS feature.
Q: Where can I find out what the ages/grades are for each division?
A: Click on the Divisions page. On that page there is a general overview of each division.
Q: I can't see the words on the calendar, what do I do?
A: The calendar pages are best viewed with a medium size font. If you use Internet Explorer click on the View button on your browser, then move the cursor down to text size, finally move the cursor to medium and click on it. With other browsers find your text size and change it to medium.

Q: Why doesn't my team have anything on their site?
A: Each team is responsible for their own team site. A coach from the team or a player's parent (with the manager's permission) must be willing to put information onto the team's site.
Q: I want to be a team administrator, how do I do that?
A: Go to your team's site and send an email to the HSLL Web Master. You must be an adult to be an administrator. It's best for a parent of a player, or a coach of that team to head up the team's web site.
Q: What pages (folders) on my team site can I look at?
A: All the pages except the Message Center can be viewed.
Q: If I can look at all the pages, how come some don't have anything on them?
A: It's the job of the team administrator (if there is one) to take care of the team site. It is the decision of the team administrator & coach what pages have items on them.
Q: How can I see the scores for my team and what the team standings are?
A: Only minor, major, junior and senior divisions keep game scores. Scores will be updated on the web site about once a week (or more) as they are made available by the coaches to their own team administrator or the HSLL Web Master.
