CONGRATULATIONS CHEER!

THE RESULTS FROM STATE COMPETITION ARE IN!

After a grueling weekend of cheerleading, the Hanover Park Hurricanes made our town proud!  All of our cheerleaders performed amazingly!  Stunts were hit, smiles were bright and spirit was on! These girls did their best and it showed.

Being there on Saturday, it was evident that there were a lot of good teams out there, but at the end of the day, it became apparent, Hanover Park was one of the few towns that had squads at each level.  We made a great showing for our town and the program.  Competition was very tough, but our 103lb. team came out No. 1!  The girls competed and placed 3rd on Saturday, competed again and placed 1st on Sunday!  We are so proud of them.

Thanks to all the parents, the coaches, the Team Moms and the girls!  We are so proud of all of you and can't wait to see what you bring next year.  Thanks also to the Cheer Board for putting it all together this year, you are the best!

The promise made by the 118lb. teams of "Two Teams, One Goal" was fulfilled this weekend.

Both 118 Silver and 118 Gold Won the BGYFL Super Bowl!! The 118 Silver team, coached by Joey Bell, defeated Hinsdale 16-0 Saturday at Benedictine University.  The 118 Gold, coached by Ricky Bell,  held up their end of the promise by defeating the Carol Stream Panthers 30-0 on Sunday.

Hurricane Nation is so proud of all the boys and the coaches.  We were proud to see so many fans show up at Benedictine this weekend.   Proving, once again, that Hanover Park has the best fans ever!

The Board thanks the coaches, the parents and the boys for a fantastic season.  You never let us down!
