Mission Statement
The Howell Sports Federation is an organization of eleven youth sports leagues in Howell Twp., NJ. Founded in 1996, our mission is to foster the development of all youth sports and to increase pride in Howell as a community. The Federation will offer support and representation to all of its members and will seek to promote positive community spirit. We will strive to enhance communication between the Federation and its members and the Township, the Board of Education and the citizens of Howell. We encourage all interested citizens of Howell to attend our monthly meetings. If you are interested in youth sports or in recreation in general, the HSF is a great place to make a difference. Meetings are held at 7:30PM on the fourth Tuesday of each month at the Howell Recreation building. The member youth sport leagues of the HSF are independent organizations, not affiliated with the municipal township or the Board of Education in any fashion. Our members are privately funded and chartered; they have their own sets of rules, establish their own schedules and do their own fundraising. The Township and the Board of Education have provided the playing fields and school facilities where our various leagues play and for that we are very grateful. For registration and scheduling information as well as important dates please refer to this web site.
