Carlos represents the interests of Howard Pulley Basketball in Europe.
He was born in Chile, moved to Belgium and married his wife Veerle who also is a big supporter of Howard Pulley.
His son Andreas has played for the Panthers parts of the last two summers (2007 & 2008).
Carlos graduated from the University of Antwerp where he received a Ph.D. in nuclear physics and works in the field of nuclear emergency preparedness and response in Europe.
