   Included in this handout are some general rules that we as a club would like you and your player to review. The intention of these rules is to create a FUN and ENJOYABLE environment for all the players, parents and coaching staff throughout the 2004 soccer season. You have been chosen to play Howard Hurricane Soccer because you are an exceptional player. With this acceptance comes a dedication to play soccer. This shows by attending practices, games and cheering on your teammates and encouraging positive play.
