Welcome to the Official Hoover Bucs and Spain Park Jags Competitive Youth Football Web Site.
The Hoover "Bucs" and Spain Park "Jags" Competitive football teams will play in the Jefferson Shelby Youth Football League. This league is competitive and not associated with the OTM Recreational League. Our goal is to field a minimum 6 teams for the Hoover "Bucs" and Spain Park "Jags". If our registration numbers allow, we will field more than one team per weight class for each school. Weight classes are as follows....70 lb (1st grade), 80 lb (2nd grade), 90 lb (3rd grade), 105 lb (4th grade), 120 lb (5th grade) and 130 lb (6th grade). Please see www.jsyfl.net for more info.

Hoover Bucs and Spain Park Jags Youth Football program
Hoover and Spain Park Youth Football program is a competitive football organization which operates under the direction of the Hoover Athletic Association. The program is the largest youth football program in Alabama and prides itself in a rich tradition of success, with many of its teams winning local and regional championships through the years. We have had many players go on to win state high school championships, as well as participate at the collegiate and professional level.
The Hoover and Spain Park Youth Football program plays in the Jefferson Shelby Youth Football League. Other members include Oak Mountain, Vestavia Hills, Homewood, Pelham, Thompson, Chelsea, Cahaba Valley (Briarwood), and Helena. We are proud to be affiliated with these outstanding programs.
