USA Hockey Registration

You must go online and go through the USA Hockey Registration process.  Once you pay the fee complete the registration, you will receive a confirmation email and form.  Please print this form and give to your Team Manager.  Make sure you give a copy to your high school Team Manager also.

This online registration also covers the USA Hockey waiver.  So you will no longer need to furnish a waiver.
