Basketball Body Weight Program

Ryan Lee created this program to try and include as many bodyparts as possible as well as work on agility and conditioning. The strength program is to be done 2 times a week and the conditioning program should be completed 3 times a week. They can overlap on the same day if they would like to complete them that way.
