Coach Williams has 35 years of coaching experience on the Eastside, 26 of those coming at the 18U level, 7 years as a High School Varsity coach and in that time has built an incredible contact list of college coaches and scouts all over the West Coast. His teams have made trips to State and Regional championships in American Legion, Connie Mack and Senior Babe Ruth. He has given coaching clinics on the Eastside and assisted with professional team open tryouts in the area. He is the main hitting instructor, works with the infield and is the guru behind the Honda offensive game.

Coach Redfern is a graduate of Sammamish HS and a Honda alum, where he caught, played 3rd and was the cleanup hitter. He was a catcher at Green River CC and played outfield for Columbia Basin CC. He has been with the program for 10 years and handles the catchers, outfielders and hitting.

Coach McIntosh was a shortstop, pitcher and switch hitter in high school in Billings, MT. Went on to be a premier pitcher at Washington State University under legendary coach Bobo Brayton, then was drafted by the San Diego Padres where he pitched in the majors for 2 years facing hitters the likes of Johnny Bench, Joe Morgan, Pete Rose and Hank Aaron. Probably the finest pitching instructor in the area, teaching players "how to pitch" at this level and beyond by teaching technique and instilling confidence.

Went on the play at Bellevue Community College and had a 6-1 record his second year, and that earned him a scholarship to Western Michigan. Here he pitched against Ohio State, Michigan State, Purdue, Michigan and Notre Dame. He earned 3 varsity letters and graduated in 2006. Coach French comes on board as one of Honda's tandem of pitching coaches.
