Grades 3-5: 12:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Grades 6-8: 3:30 - 6:00 p.m.

Holt Jr. Rams Softball

The Holt Jr. Rams Softball (HJRSB) invites you join our program for 9-14 year old softball players living in the Holt/Dimondale community or attending Holt Public Schools.

Players will be assigned to teams based on skill level and age.  Teams will play in the "Mason League" (U10 & U12) and the Delhi Twp. League (U14) and compete against other similar skill level teams from the Greater Lansing Area. A players age group is determined by the players age as of January 1, 2012.

The program enters its 3rd season and is an effort designed to improve the overall softball program in the Holt/Dimondale community by improving player skill development through the teaching of sound softball fundementals at an early age.  The objectives and purposes of the HJRSB is to provide a structured, competitive softball program for youth in our community, where coaches teach and lead by example and the emphasis is on a positive instructional experience in an environment that promotes sportsmanship, physical and mental well-being, teamwork and softball skills development.

Player registration begins January 25, 2012 and skill asessments will be held February 25th and 26th 2012.  Players should wear tennis shoes and bring ball gloves and any other equipment necessary.
