As you may know, we have already posted the team rosters for A, B, C, and T-Ball Leagues.  However, you may also know that you don't have access to all team level information without approval.  You are able to access most screens within a sub-site.  The only ones you need password access to are Rosters, Stats, Albums, Message Boards, and Chat.

If you would like to see the detail of your son's team information, simply follow the instructions given to you by eteamz.com.  For example, say you or your child wanted to see the roster for the A league Yankees.  If you click on teams and look under "A League," you will see all the teams listed.  If you click on "Yankees" it will take you to a sub-site for the Yankees.  If you click on "Rosters" within this site, you will be denied access but it will instruct you on how to gain access.  Simply follow the directions given by eteamz.com and the Holly Hills Administrator will be sent an access request.  Once approved, you will receive an email back with instructions on how to login.

We are very concerned about the security of the information within this site.  We will not provide visibile phone numbers or email addresses of any children unless given specific permission by a legal parent or guardian.  Pictures of players may be posted (again these would not be seen without approved access) as part of their roster.  It is also possible that, during the course of the season, action photos that might include your child may be posted as well.

If you do not want a roster picture of your child on this site, please send an email to the Holly Hills Player Agent.  To locate the Player Agent, click on "Board Members" on the left side of the main page.

MORE ON TEAM LEVEL WEBSITES

The main Holly Hills Baseball website is our way of communicating to our members.  Information contained within the main site will give you league level information including schedules, scores, and standings.  However, there is another level of information that can be provided at the team level.  When you go to a team site and look for the roster information, this is but one small aspect of what can be done.  Each team site is a sub-set of our main site.

Teams can take advantage of this by maintaining their own website.  All you need is a volunteer with a computer and internet access.  A team administrator can be put in place who can manage the information and data for a specific team.  The administrator will be able to add numerous types of information including stories, news items, pictures, and calendar events.  This is a way to personalize the experience for the players of a specific team.

Some teams took advantage of this last year and did an outstanding job.  The kids enjoyed it and the response was outstanding.  We encourage each team to consider assiging a team administrator who can spend some time developing content for the website.  While it is not difficult to learn, it does take a little time to get comfortable with the navigation.  If there are enough interested parties, a training session could be scheduled.

If you are interested in being a team administrator, please contact Tom Starek at 330-284-5044.
