HOLLISTON SR. SUMMER LEAGUE BASEBALL

Holliston youth league players ages 13, 14, 15, 16 year olds who want to continue to play baseball when our intramural and high school season is over are welcome to play in the Tri-Valley Baseball league. The following league offers very competitive summer baseball, and a player's vacation schedule is key to the success of the team. The number of teams is currently estimated at two 13 year old Tri-Valley teams, three 14-16 year old Tri-Valley teams.

TRI-VALLEY BASEBALL - Tri-Valley Baseball is a youth (13-16) summer baseball league based on the philosophy that everyone should be encouraged and given the opportunity to play. The Tri-Valley Baseball League starts on June 6th. The season will run through mid-July and be followed by a championship playoff series. Comprised of 38 teams from 14 Massachusetts towns, the league offers youths the opportunity to play summer baseball at a very competitive level. The league's philosophy is to encourage all 13 - 16 year old area youths to play baseball by establishing no cut, minimum playing time rules, and requiring each town to enter evenly balanced teams.

The league includes: Ashland, Bellingham, Dover, Sherborn, Holliston, Hopedale, Hopkinton, Medfield, Medway, Milford, Sutton, and Uxbridge. The League is unique in that it provides inter-town summer baseball encouraging all 13-16 year players to compete. Every youth who wishes and is able to commit to play for the season will have a place on a team roster. For additional information please visit the TVB web site.

The league operates two separate divisions: a 13-year-old division playing Monday, Wednesday & Friday and a 14-16 year old division playing Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday.
