2015 Winter/Spring Program Info Now Available, New Processes Unveiled

Holland Township Recreation has changed the process of our program information distibution process.  For years we have put together a single flyer highlighting our programs.  Due to rising costs as well as the desire to look for alternative ways to get our information out we have changed our distribution process and listing options. Here is what we have in store for the distribution of our 2015 Winter/Spring program information...

  • Post Cards
    • Instead of flyers we will be handing out larger-sized post cards featuring our individual program listings, only.  The post cards will be approximately 6"x9".
    • We would also list the registration options and contact information on these cards utilizing both sides.  Our intent is to really focus people on going to our web site for their program information and registration options.  It will be professionally done and we believe it will help make our department more efficient.
    • These cards will delivered to area schools during the second week of January
  • Web Site Listing
    • We will continue to offer a sub-sites listed on our web site for all of our programs. Click on the appropriate sub-site listing for specific information on each program that we offer

    • Each school that we deal with will receive an e-mail from us that we hope they will pass on to their students' parents, via e-mail. We will also e-mail our program information through our Constant Contact service to email lists that we have on file
  • Detailed Flyer
    • A more detailed flyer will also be listed on the web site, however, whatever is listed there will also be on each sub-site listing, too.  Click the "Forms,Flyers, & Policies" tab to view and/or download a brochure
