Friday, July 14
The 2017 Little Sluggers Classes begin on Tuesday, July 18, at the Quincy Park Softball fields located at 14025 Quincy St. This is not the Little Legaue Complex it is the softball fields located on the east side of the park. The main entrance is located on Quincy St. but the new roadways will lead you to that parking lot if you enter off of 144th. The class will take place on July 18, July 25, August 1 and August 8 from 6:30pm - 7:30pm.

Summer & Fall program options for the 2017-2018 season are available for registration. Program post cards were delivered to schools in late May. Program information can also be viewed by clicking the "Flyers & Forms" tab listed to the left of the home page. Programs include Rocket Football, Rocket Cheer, Youth Flag Football, Middle School Cheer, Hunter Safety, Little Sluggers, and Tiny Tacklers

With the Spring season concluded the soccer fields at Quincy Park (upon completion of the Beasley Camp) and Helder Park will be closed for the remainder of the summer and will reopen in September

The Michigan Department of Natural Resources recently began its Park Here campaign to promote its Recreation Passport and Michigan’s outdoor destinations.

The 2017 Holland Charter Township Recreation Scholarship Application is available on the Holland Township Recreation web site. In order to obtain a scholarship for recreation programs you will need to review and fill out the 2016 application completely as well as supply the necessary documentation to support the application.
The scholarship program now features the possibility of a 25% to 75% reduction in recreation fees, if you qualify. The scholarship program is for Holland Township residents, ONLY!!! Programs that are coordinated by outside businesses or organizations are not eligible for scholarships.
Only (1) one scholarship application is required to be completed per participant for the calendar year. Only (1) scholarship is available per participant per calendar year.
