The 2013 Holbrook Legion Post 137 Junior and Senior Rosters are under the "Handouts" page.

There will be a Legion Team Meeting Thursday, May 23rd, 7:00pm at

Randolph Elks   21 School St, Randolph  (behind the CVS on Main St)

1) Forms

All Players must turn in a Form 2 National Legion Registration

Senior Legion players need to turn in a Form M77 (Senior Team Commitment).

Junior Legion players need to turn in a Form J77 (Juniors Team Commitment).

Dual Roster Players (playing both Sr and Jr)  Form M77 (Senior Team Commitment). 

All the necessary forms are on the Handouts page and will be at the Meeting.....

2) Proof of Date of Birth

Players MUST have a Birth Certificate with raised seal, passport, or license.

The Team MUST keep the  Date of Birth documentation for the SEASON. (all documents are returned in August)

Not Acceptable: Notarized Seals on Birth Certificates, Photocopies, or any other document without a seal.

3) Uniform Deposit

A $100 deposit is required for Uniforms. (Checks payable to: "Steve Newton - Holbrook Post 137").

The deposit will be returned with the return of the uniform.
