***IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Players participating on the All Star Teams will be required to provide proof of age with a certified copy of your birth certificate and proof of residency. The residency proof should be dated between Feb.1, 2012 and Feb 1, 2013 (this past year). Three different documents are required. Some acceptable examples are – drivers lic, auto reg, insurance document, tax record, utility bill (cable, heat, phone, power). They must show a physical address, not a PO box. I do have some birth certificates already for some players and we will be providing coaches with need information. Please plan on coming to the first all star practice 15 minutes earlier with as much of the above documentation as possible. Thank you and we hope you enjoy playing in the tournament.
