Hobe Sound Hurricanes 2008! As the season approaches, we still need to finish gathering final report cards and miscellaneous information. Please mail all additional information to HSYAA, P.O. Box 1767, Hobe Sound, FL 33475. Our Board is working very hard at developing an outstanding Association in which all participants will take pleasure in and flourish. TO REGISTER PLEASE CALL 216-4823 OR EMAIL US AT Practice begins August 1st In order to get our mandatory non-pad practice time in the following schedules will apply the first week: August 1st: 6 to 8 p.m. August 2nd: 9 to 11:30 a.m. August 4th: 6 to 8 p.m. August 5th: 6 to 8 p.m. August 6th: Rain Make Up Day August 7th: 6 to 8 p.m. Jamboree is August 23rd and the first game is August 30th. Age and weight restrictions do apply to each division as set forth by Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc.One of the programs we are very excited about is the ability for our participants to find sponsors to them an opportunity to participate for FREE! If a participant gets a company or individual to become a sponsor of HSYAA for a tax deductible donation of $350 then that child we get his/her registration refunded. Families with two children in the program can have both children participate for FREE if they get a sponsorship of $500 or more. Please refer to the Sponsorship section under Forms in the left margin, and open the Donation Confirmation file to get the necessary documentation. Again, we are very excited about the upcoming season and the improvements we are making to the Association. The general meeting of the Association is the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Hobe Sound Community Center. Information will be continually added to the website as it becomes available.
