HNPSPL: Welcome

Welcome to the London Huff 'N Puff Slo-Pitch League Web Site.This site is dedicated to the men and women of the London, Stratford and Woodstock areas who participate in the Huff 'N Puff Slo-Pitch League. There are currently over 150 individuals on 14 teams enjoying the sport of softball forming both a competitive and a less competitive league embracing the Slo-Pitch format. The comraderie and sportmanship enjoyed is second to none.  Everyone enjoy and "Let's Play Ball."

The Huff n' Puff Seniors Fitness Association was formed in London, Ontario in July of 1988 by a few seniors who had been involved in casual ice skating, pickup hockey, baseball and five-pin bowling since 1985. Over the years, they have continued to add participants and activities. The association now has over 1,500 members and over 35 activities to participate in.   www.huffnpuffsfa.com
