HMIHA 2009-2010 Registration
Registration for the 2009-10 season is OPEN.  Please contact your coach or the email the registrar, (Beth Bagley, fivebags@optonline.net) for forms / more information. 

Sign up for new members will be help at Madison Community House on Saturday, June 13th, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.. 

Please remember the registration deadline is July 15th, 2009

Please note:  Registration is a two step process involving both USAH on-line and 'local' HMIHA submissions.  All participants will still have to 'manually' complete and provide to HMIHA Registrar forms in addition to the USA Hockey on-line process.
Birth certificants (copy) must be provided at registration for all new HMIHA program participants, as required by USA Hockey.  (This is not required for returning players)

The HMIHA program is open to Harding and Madison residents, ages 5 through 15, and is geared toward the recreational-level player.
