Hitters Club Lady Hawkeyes: Welcome

     The Lady Hawkeyes is a highly competitive fastpitch softball team. It is made up of your ladies from Nassau and Suffolk Counties in Long Island, New. It is run by a new organization called the Hitters Club. We participate in PONY tournaments and we are involved in the Babe Ruth Softball league. The team is coached by current college players, Katie Cameron and Jamie Stalter from the Dowling College Golden Lions.

     As we head off our first season together we expect great things from our young ladies.  Our goal this season is to play hard every inning and play with heart.  We want our young ladies to become well rounded individuals both on and off the softball field.  We strive to develop each individual player to their highest capabilities and push toward excellence.  

     The coaching staff encourages all the girls to set goals and work until you exceed your own expectations.  We will endeavor to reinforce a positive atmosphere that facilitates the growth of our hard work, determination, and dedication.  We expect all of our players to have a positive attitude and most of all have fun!

Congratulations to our girls for their first win together on our first tournament!  We are all so proud of you!
