I am a 1986 graduate of Notre Dame High School in Utica, NY. I was a pitcher on the back to back Section III baseball championship teams in 1985 and 1986. I was the winning pitcher , pitching a complete game in the sectional finals in 1986. In 1985 and 1986, Notre Dame's baseball teams made it to the state final four, losing each year in the semi final game.
I attended Mohawk Valley Community College and pitched on the baseball team from 1986-1988. I transfered to SUNY Brockport where I graduated with a degree in physical education and was also a member of the varsity baseball team (1988-1990). I began my career as a physical education teacher in the West Irondequoit Central School District in 1991, where I also coached varsity softball, baseball, basketball, soccer and football. I was the assistant varsity baseball coach for the 1996 Section V Class A Champions at West Irondequoit.
After completing my administrative certification at Canisius College, I became an Athletic Director in the Greece Central School District, first at Greece Odyssey(2000-2003) and then at Greece Arcadia Middle/High School (2003-2007). I began working in the Hilton Central School District as Athletic Director in June of 2007.
I reside with my wife Kathy and children Nick and Christina in Greece.
