Uniforms
Each team will designate a person who Eurosport calls a Team Manager. This person will be the team's Uniform Contact Person.
There will be one order form per team (see Order Form below).
Completion of the form is very easy but for additional clarification see Instructions below.
The Uniform Contact person will submit the order directly to Eurosport, submit payment directly to Eurosport and receive delivery directly from Eurosport.
Our contact is Emily Wade (1-800-967-8326) and she will be available (to that single point of contact - Uniform Contact) for assistance throughout the process.
It is imperative that all orders be placed by 6/30/09 to insure stock availability and delivery prior to the Fall 2009 season. The quicker you get the orders in, the quicker you will receive the orders.
Be advised, Eurosport will not accommodate any modifications to the uniform the club has chosen. It will be the existing style, PUMA uniform, red and white jerseys, black shorts and black socks. It will have the HSC logo on the front and (only) numbers on the back.
