Concession Stand times have been posted on the back door of the concession stand.  If you cannot make the time your time has been assigned please contact Tammy Kelsheimer or Jennifer Cain.

*Field Work Days*

We need donations of mulch, trees, bushes, bulbs and flowers!!

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

We need lots of volunteers to accomplish everything so that the kids can have great looking and safe fields to play on.  Our list of jobs includes:

1.             Batting Cages: Fix netting and fencings

2.             Dug outs: clean out & mulch floors

3.             Bleach out & stain all backstop decks behind dugouts

4.             Fencing: Retie around all fields and at backstops

5.             Fertilize and over seed all fields

6.             Spray signs for fields (Home and Visitors)

7.             Cap wall at the major & senior girls “Field B”

8.             Hang sponsor signs back up. (Chuck and Scott:  It was the zips, not us!)

9.             Paint: Guardrail,  light post, inside bathrooms and underneath pavilion

10.        Plant:  Bushes, trees and flowers around signs and pavilion

11.        Mulch: Dugouts, batting cages, and new planting areas

12.        T-Ball & Mini Fields G & H:  Set post in concrete for future dugouts, need four wheeler to grade fields

13.        Pick up trash and make sure fields are clean

14.       Build bulletin boards for the“Information Center” at concession stand 

Any amount of time that you can volunteer next weekend will be greatly appreciated.
