FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE
The Fundraising Committee is responsible for the annual Fall Raffle,Chinese Auction, Golf Classic Outing, and Family Fun Nights at various different eateries in the area.
Of all monies collected in our raffle, over half are given back to our players in prizes for the sale of raffle tickets, and Spring Social tickets.

MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE
The committee was created to assist in the registration process and to develop new ideas to advertise for and encourage more players to join the Club. The objectives for the Committee include evaluating our current membership recruitment program and developing new or improved techniques to increase membership in the club, such as contacting the local area schools and preschools, having tables set up at Gloucester Township Day in June of each year, and participating in other local community events such as National Night Out, as well as advertising on Comcast. The committee has been quite successful so far - we have redesigned the registration form for soccer sign ups and we've begun marketing the club in different avenues and have attained numerous new memberships.

SPONSORSHIP COMMITTEE
The Sponsorship Committee is responsible for supervising our sponsorship drives, and coordinating and maintaining all active sponsor information for those businesses in the local community which support our teams.

The Website Committee is tasked with improving and updating the HYSC website to keep the information current and useful to the players, coaches and fans visiting our website.
