Welcome To The Home Of The Highlands Lacrosse Association, Inc. HLA is a non profit organization established for the purpose of developing youth lacrosse in the Saddle River Valley area. Upcoming Important Dates
Sat, June 13 - Equipment return/renewal scheduled for 9-11 am, our storage in HHK. $35 offseason rental, new $150 deposit dated Feb 15, 2010 - will tear up present deposit check. Need to attend or have someone attend for your return or renew. One day only.
If no return or renewal by June 30, deposit checks will be cashed.

Pete Koeniges, M. Ed., ATC, CSCS is the Head Athletic Trainer and Strength & Conditioning coach for the New Jersey Pride. In the off-season, he is the Certified Athletic Trainer for Northern Highlands Regional High School in Allendale, NJ and adjunct instructor for Dominican College in Orangeburg, NY.
