Hicksville American Soccer Club: Developmental Program
This area of the Hicksville American Soccer Club web site will provide information pertaining to the Developmental Program

The HASC developmental program is designed to provide additional training and experience for ANY AND ALL players, U7-U9 players interested in advancing his/her soccer skills. The program is excellent for preparing anyone wishing to try out for a travel team when they reach the U-10 level. The program will run from September through June in addition to the regular intramural season. Beyond teaching and polishing fundamental skills, techniques, and tactics of soccer, this program gives the players a chance to compete in leagues and tournaments against similar teams from other clubs. The program is open to any player who is willing to make the commitment to attend a majority of the practices ( no tryouts required ). To avoid conflicts with intramural practice, a separate developmental practice night will be established for this program and no intramural team will be allowed to practice.

A completed Developmental Evaluation Grid should be submitted to the
Developmental Commissioner after each soccer season.
