FUNDRAISER
To all Hiawatha Park Girls Softball Players and Parents: In a continuing effort to enhance the HPGS experience and add much needed revenue to the league, the HPGS Board is pleased to announce that arrangements have been made for league benefit nights to take place at various local restaurants. The first Benefit night will take place this Thursday April 19th at Russell's Barbecue, 1621 Thatcher Ave, Elmwood Park, IL, from 4pm to 9pm.708-453-8580 That's right, if you go to Russell's for any of their delicious Ribs, Pulled Pork, Burgers and more, this Thursday, the league will get 10% of the sale. All you need to do is mention that you are from Hiawatha Park Girls Softball, when you place your order, and not only will you get a great meal, the league will benefit. So head on over to Russell's this Thursday any time between 4pm and 9pm. You don't have to be members of the league to order so tell all your family and friends about it. The more people that mention HPGS the better we do. So don't cook this Thursday, show your support for the league, and head on over to Russell's. While this is the first Benefit Night, keep an eye open for more. There are plans for 2 more Benefit Nights in May and a couple more in June at various other great spots to eat.
