HOOSIER HIGH SCHOOL HOCKEY ASSOCIATION: ISHSHA Crossover Games

The 2009-10 Crossover season begins on October 24, 2009 and ends February 2, 2010.  Crossover games are games played between teams of different leagues from the state.  Example:  HHSHA team vs. Michiana team, Fort Wayne team vs. Michiana team, etc. 

Required Games:  To become eligible for the ISHSHA State Invitational tournament, teams must complete in eight (8) crossover games to compete in 4A, 3A, 2A, 1A divisions.  Each player must compete in six (6) crossover games in order to play in the State tournament.  A team may only play a crossover eligible team a maximum of two (2) times for it to count towards your eight (8). 

If a team does not meet the eight game requirement, they will be placed in the 5A divison at the State tournament.
