HOOSIER HIGH SCHOOL HOCKEY ASSOCIATION: League ByLaws
Hoosier League Bylaws and Player Eligibility Requirements
The Hoosier League Bylaws regulate the general running of the League, the League Tournament, team territories, academic eligibility in addition to other aspects of league operations.
Rule 19 of the League Bylaws regulates player eligibility and the placement of players, transfer students, exchange students etc. The spirit of Rule 19 is to eliminate the manipulation of players home team status by individual teams, coaches or team boards. The intent is to prevent players from jumping from team to team to suit their own personal agenda.
It is important that everyone understand and abide by the League Bylaws and Rule 19.
