Humble Girls Softball League (HGSL): Tournament Info

For the Spring Recreational Season, HGSL will pay for the entry fee into the GHYSA (Greater Houston Youth Softball Association; ASA) Recreational Tournament for the League team who wins 1st place in each Division.  This tournament is typically held the first or second weekend of May, but check the link to HoustonASA.org to confirm schedule.  If a Division's 1st place team chooses not to attend, then HGSL extends the offer to the 2nd place team, etc.  Any recreational teams are welcome to attend, even if it's not the team HGSL is paying the entry fee for.  Parents would just need to support the costs of the entry fee & umpire fees. 

Rec teams whose players cannot all attend, may 'pick-up' up to three substitute players from other Spring HGSL Rec Teams.  These 'pick-up' girls should wear the uniform of the team they came from, not try to match the team they are attending the tournament with.
