Humble Girls Softball League (HGSL): Team Moms
This section will contain information for the Team Moms. We will periodically update this site with additional information as needed. Contact your Division Director with any questions, ask any board member on duty or send email to info@humblesoftball.com

Team Sponsorship:
Each team is required to locate your own sponsor. The form for this is located in the Handouts and Forms Section – Team Mom Information. It is due to your Div. Director no later than the date posted on the HGSL web calendar.
Fundraisers:
Must be turned in as a team, not individually by the date listed on the web calendar and Important Dates Sheet. Please have largest bills possible and least coin possible.
Team Banners:
Banners are not required, but many teams order them. Some are made of vinyl, wood or cloth. One air brush vendor is listed below, but feel free to utilize whomever you want or be creative and make a home-made one.

If your team chooses to furnish a snack to the girls after their game, please make it a light nutritious one, not heavy sugar or other items they shouldn’t be eating on a school night! Make a schedule and assign each game to a different player to bring snacks and handle the scoreboard/lights for that game.
Fun Day / Opening Day - Spring Season Only
Each team will be responsible for supplying a themed silent auction basket (min $25 value), 20-Two liter soft drinks, 10-cakes/cookies and will be required to have volunteers in assigned booths. Ask your parents to be thinking about ideas to really jazz up your silent auction item baskets with potential donations from local businesses. Booth work schedule and Scrimmage game schedules will be posted to the Handouts and Forms section.
Field Work Day - Spring Season Only:
Each team must have at least one representative volunteering for this. This is a workday where we clean, paint, repair, install, build, etc. Whatever tasks are necessary to get the Humble Girls Softball Complex ready for the Spring Season. Wear work clothes. List of Projects will be posted at the fields.
Spirit Shirts / Spirit Items - Spring Season Only Typically:
These items may be ordered via the Team Form located in the Handouts and Forms Section – Team Mom Information. It can be turned into your Div. Director according to dates posted on the web calendar.
Team and Individual Pictures - Spring Season Only:
Schedule will be posted in the Handouts & Forms section - Seasonal Information section when applicable. Bring your sponsor, team banner and anything else you want in the team picture. Girls should bring any personal equipment (gloves, bats, helmets, etc.) Siblings or Parent/Daughters or other groups can be photographed together - just indicate on forms picture groups/packages to the photographer's staff. HGSL provides one team picture to each player and coach.
