Metro league meetings are held every 3rd monday of the month
The metro league currently has 16 teams, and has an 8 game regular season schedule, and a pro style playoff, and super bowl format.
There is also a pro bowl for the junior level. Each team in the league has 4 players representing thier organization.The pro bowl game is played after the Super bowl. Each player receive's a trophy, and get's to keep thier game jersey's.

SIDELINES
All coaches at there respective levels will be required to wear a league issued badge during their game. No other individuals(except for down marker volunteers and league DOR's)will be allowed on sidelines without proper identification.
RULES
High school rules shall prevail in all games except noted in the Metro league bylaws.
A''no chop block'' or blocking below the thigh boards will be strictly enforced.
Posted cleats/screw in cleats are not allowed in league play. MOLDED CLEATS ONLY ALLOWED !!!
It is mandatory that each organization abide by the 24 POINT OR MORE RULE. When a team reaches a lead of 24 points or more, that team must pull starters and play other personnel.Failure to do this will result in diciplinary action by the EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE.
