Late Registration:  The board of directors will be accepting late registration forms until all available slots are filled up on a first come first served basis.  Registration Forms may be found in the 2010 Registration Forms Handouts. (link at bottom of page or by clicking on handouts icon) or at the Hermitage Municipal Building.  Please provide a birth certificate and proof of residence.  Forms may be dropped off, mailed or faxed to the Joanow Legal Group, 850 South Hermitage Road.  Phone 724-347-1411.  Fax 724-347-1422.

10 Yr Old Major LL Option:  Due to fluctuating registration numbers, the Board now considers all 10 yr olds eligible to play in the Major LL division.  Participation would be dependent on the number of players needed to fill out Major LL rosters.  Players would be selected after tryouts.  All 10 yr olds will tryout together as they always have.  The number of players needed, if any, has yet to be determined.  Players may opt out from consideration by completing the opt out form and submitting it with the other registration documents.
