Arcola Community Center-Small

From Ashburn, take Belmont Ridge Road south to Arcola. Turn left onto Evergreen Mills Road and then turn right onto Gum Springs Road. The Arcola Community Center will be about a quarter mile up the road on the left.
From Chantilly, take Rt. 50 West. Turn right onto Gum Spring Road. The Arcola Community Center will be about a quarter of a mile up the road on the left.
The parking lot and fields are behind the community center building.

Field Directions: South on Route 29 to Warrenton. Stay to the right onto Route 29 Business as you pass Starbucks and Quiznos and IHOP (on your left). Proceed through Warrentons business district and turn right on Route 211. At the first light, turn right and then left at the T (Fauquier High School is in front of you when you turn left) onto Old Waterloo Road. Athey Park is just ahead on your left. The entrance will be marked by then. Right now it is a construction mess as they build a new indoor aquatic complex. It does not look like this pre-construction picture.

To arrive at the BHS field, go to the back of Long Park, past the maintenance facility. Drive down the gravel driveway and follow it to the right and then as it bends left. All parents should park facing the fence and the side of the maintenance facility. Do not park in the mulchy area before making the left as it is very soft and if your car sinks you will need to have it towed. After parking, follow the trail to the field. It isn't very far.

Nike #4 field is to the far back of the lot. Walk through the gate towards the little league fields and follow the access road to the end. Soccer field is down a hill in the back. It is not visible from the road or from the parking lot.
Nike #7 and #8 are end to end with one another. #4 is a short walk to the back of the park.

From Rt. 66, take exit 55 onto the Fairfax County Parkway (VA-7100). Head north towards Reston/Herndon. Turn Left on Fair Lakes Parkway. Turn Right onto Stringfellow Road. Turn Left into Poplar Tree Park. If you pass Rocky Run MS on your left, you've gone too far.

From I-95 take exit 133 Fredericksburg/Warrenton (the US 17 Falmouth exit). Follow Business US 17 South towards Fredericksburg and Falmouth. Turn right at stoplight onto US 1 (south) but do not cross the Rappahannock River (You should see a Mercedes Benz Dealership on the right). Immediately turn right onto Cambridge Street, down the hill then sharp left (under US 1 bridge) onto River Road. Follow River Road east (with Rappahannock River on your right) approx 1 mile. Turn left at the toll booth into John Lee Pratt Memorial Park.
Alternative route if prolonged heavy rains flood River Road: From I-95 take exit 133 Fredericksburg/Warrenton (the US 17 Falmouth exit). Follow Business US 17 South towards Fredericksburg and Falmouth. Cross US 1 at the Falmouth traffic light, continue straight east on Butler Road. Turn right onto White Oak Road, Rt 218 West. Turn right at the lights onto Kings Hwy, Rt 3 West, heading south. Turn right onto River Road, even if marked closed to through traffic (Do not cross the Rappahannock River into Fredericksburg). Right at the toll booth into John Lee Pratt Memorial Park.

Get off 66 at the exit for 234 towards Dumfries. Follow all the way to the end and turn left on Route 1 (Jefferson Davis Highway). Follow Route 1 till you get to Featherstone Road. Just before you get to Featherstone Road you will see Malloy Linclon/Mercury and a McDonalds on the right. Turn right onto Featherstone Road. Stay on the road past the railroad tracks. After you go over the railroad tracks you will vere left. The fields are going to be on that road. We play on the second field on the left.
