Heartland Field Hockey: Camps & Clinics

STK to STK field hockey camp - June 16-19 2012 - Denison University



Stick to Stick field hockey camp is available for all levels and campers ages 10 to 18. Each camp session will be limited in size to ensure individual attention and to promote an exceptional learning environment. Campers will be placed into skills groups according to age and experience. These groups will enable campers to develop both individual and team skills and encourage advancement in their level of play. Special goalkeeping instruction is avaliable.

THE CAMP WILL FEATURE:

Field Hockey fundamentals

• Camp curriculum designed for both beginner and advanced level players

• Quality instruction from college, national, and international coaches

• Ohio State’s skill development program for all positions

• Full-time athletic training staff available 24 hours

FACILITIES

Campers will be playing at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center on the outdoor turf field, indoor turf field, and Buckeye Varsity Field, the brand new home of Ohio State Field Hockey!

The team is coming off a 2010 NCAA Final Four appearance and look forward to seeing you inSummer 2011! Camp staff will include Head Coach Anne Wilkinson, Assistant Coach ChrissyKilroe and goal-keeping specialist and Associate Head Coach Jon O’Haire, along with All-American, U.S. national, and international players, collegiate coaches, and Ohio State field hockey student-athletes.

Directed by Head Field Hockey Coach Helen Knull, along with current and former Spartans, current Division I Coaches, Olympians and camp coaches from around the world!

  If you are a field hockey enthusiast, who likes to have a great time and wants to become the best player you can be, we invite you to our camp. Camp is open to players, goalkeepers and teams from age 10 to incoming college freshmen. You will be grouped by age for all skill sessions. Commuter ages 10-17, Resident ages 12-17.
