The 2001 18U Heartbreakers Red put a lot of effort into improving our hitting in the off-season and during the season. All of the players were given Nemo's Speedbat and our goal was to take 10,000 swings by the start of our season. Nemo's bat is great for working on underloading hitting drills. Beginning in January, the players swung the bat about 5 days a week and about 300 swings a day. The Heartbreakers would like to thank Nemo for his great product and support during the 2001 season. Coach Nemo also donated Speedbats and Tee-Shirts as camp prizes for the 2001 Heartbreakers Softball Camp. Thanks, Nemo!!
