This is Adam's third season as a Coach at the Howard County YMCA and second season as Head Coach. He will be coaching the Gold/Platinum Team. Adam swam for age group swim teams in Alaska, Japan, Louisiana, and Hawaii. He most recently swam for Frostburg State University and was the team captain for his final two seasons. His coaching experience involves assistant coach at Cumberland YMCA, assistant coach at Hunting Hills, and head swim coach for the Supreme Sports Club's Masters team. During the day Adam works as a personal trainer for the Columbia Association and runs a Bootcamp program in the early AM. He's currently building his own 1-on-1 home personal training company called GenesiSports, where he hopes his career lays. In his free time he enjoys competing in Master swim meets, open water swims, and triathlons. His philosophy on swimming is "swim smarter, not harder- technique is everything." Adam looks forward to creating quality swim programs to guide his swimmers to better swims.
