Frederick County YMCA From the east: I-70 West; from the south: I-270 North; From the west: I-70 East to US 40 East. To YMCA: Take US Route 15 North from Frederick to Motter Avenue Exit. Left from exit ramp on Motter Ave to 10th Street. Turn left on 10th Street, YMCA is straight ahead.
Goldsborough, NC Hagerstown YMCA Directions from East [Baltimore, Washington]: I-70 West to Exit 32B (rt. 40 west - "dual highway"). Travel on 40 west to the 3rd traffic light at Eastern Blvd (Long & Foster Office on the right). Turn right onto Eastern Blvd & travel approx. 2 -3 miles. The YMCA will be on the right. Directions from West [Cumberland]: I-70 East to Exit 32B (rt. 40 west - "dual highway"). Travel on 40 west to the 3rd traffic light at Eastern Blvd (Long & Foster Office on the right). Turn right onto Eastern Blvd & travel approx. 2 -3 miles. The YMCA will be on the right.
Hall of Fame Pool, FL Howard County YMCA
Invitational Rock Hill, SC Severna Park Take Route 100 East to Route 10 (Arundel Expressway). After almost 1 mile, turn left onto Governor Ritchie Highway. Continue for about 3.5 miles. Turn right onto Cypress Creek Road. SPY is less than 1/2 mile down Cypress Creek Road.
Towson YMCA Take Baltimore Beltway, I-695, to Exit 26 South (York Rd). Proceed on York Rd to second traffic light (Bosley Ave/Towson By-Pass). Turn right on Bosley and continue for a half a mile; take right at Chesapeake Ave and continue to the YMCA on the left.
Bucknell University Take Route 83 North to Route 81. Take Route 81 South to Route 322. Take Route 322 West to Route 11&15 North. When Routes 11 & 15 split, stay on Route 15 (Tedd's Landing is on your right; KMart on your left) Approx. 7 miles after Selinsgrove / Shamokin Dam, you'll come to a stoplight. Bucknell is on your right. (Look for the Bucknell Athletic Stadium on right.) Carroll County YMCA Take Rt 140 to Westminster. Proceed to Rt 97. Turn left (from Baltimore) on 97 South to Sykesville. Continue to Sykesville Rd, Rt 32, and turn right. YMCA is a quarter mile on the right. (6 lanes; bring chairs; gym seating).
Catonsville YMCA (Western Family)
Cumberland YMCA Take I-70 West to Hancock, MD. Take US 68 West to Cumberland. Take Exit 43A from US 68 (Beall St). At bottom of exit ramp, proceed straight on Beall St, then a quarter mile to Kelly Rd immediately before the railroad tracks. Turn left on Kelly Rd and proceed approximately a half a mile to the YMCA on the right. Parking is available at three lots; one across the street from the YMCA, and two beyond the YMCA on the right. Fairland Aquatic Swim Center From Baltimore and points north, travel south on I-95 to exit 33B (Burtonsville) Maryland Route 198 west. Follow Maryland Route 198 for a brief distance (~ 1mile) to Old Gunpowder Road (signal). Turn left at the signal onto Old Gunpowder (~1mile) to facility on the right. From Washington and points south, travel I-95 north to exit 33B (Burtonsville), Maryland Route 198 west. Follow preceding directions . Fairlands is an 8 lane competition pool with an 8 lane warm-up pool.
Harford County YMCA HARY meets are held at Magnolia Middle School . From the Baltimore Beltway, go North on I-95 to Exit #74, Rt 152. Bear right at the end of the ramp onto Rt 152 South. You will proceed across Rt 40 East. At the fourth traffic light (about two miles total), turn right at Trimble Rd. Go past Magnolia Elementary School on the left, then turn left onto Ft Hoyle Rd, to Magnolia Middle School (one quarter mile on the left). (6 lanes, spectator gallery seating)
Mid-Delmarva YMCA From Berlin/Ocean City: Follow 50 West towards Salisbury. After passing stadium go approx. 3 miles, watch for & turn Left onto Beaglin Park Drive (there is a new Long & Foster office on corner). Follow Beaglin Park Drive to 4th light and turn Right onto Schumaker. YMCA will be about ½ mile on the right. There is additional parking in the rear of the building. From Georgetown/Southern DE points: Follow Route 9 East to Route 13 in Laurel. Turn Left onto Route 13 South. Follow Route 13 South to Salisbury. Take the 13 South/50 East by-pass (youll see the mall on left and an Arbys on right). Follow 13 South/50 East by-pass (Ocean City/Norfolk extension, NOT 50 W Cambridge). After about 5 miles, take 1st Exit to Route 50 West (towards Salisbury). Follow 50 West about 2 ½ miles to Beaglin Park Drive. Turn left onto Beaglin Park Drive (there is a new Long & Foster office on corner) and follow to 4th light, then turn Right onto Schumaker. YMCA will be about ½ mile on the right. There is additional parking in the rear of the building. From Dover/points North: Follow 13 South to Salisbury, and follow above directions for DE. From Cambridge/Easton/all points west of Bay Bridge: Follow 50 East towards Salisbury (stay on 50 Business into Salisbury and DO NOT take the new bypass). Turn Right onto Beaglin Park Drive (there is a new Long & Foster office on corner) and follow to 4th light, then turn Right onto Schumaker. YMCA will be about ½ mile on the right. There is additional parking in the rear of the building. Talbot County YMCA Take Rt 50 East across the Bay Bridge, approximately 35 miles. Turn right at first light beyond the Easton Airport, onto the Easton By-Pass, Rt 322. Continue on Rt 322 to the sixth traffic light which is Peachblossom Rd. Turn left. The YMCA is immediately on the right. (5 lanes, spectator gallery seating)
UM - College Park I-95 South to Exit 27. Stay in the middle lane and follow the sign for Route 1/College Park. Merge onto Route 1, and go about 1 mile. Stay in the right lane and bear right onto Route 193. Turn left onto Stadium Dr. Go ¾ of the way around the circle and follow the signs for YMCA parking. Upper Montgomery YMCA Take Washington Beltway, I-495 West to I-270 to Exit 11, Rt 124/Montgomery Village Av (Gaithersburg). Proceed to seventh traffic light at Stedwick Rd. (This is the first light after the lake.) Take a left at the light onto Stedwick. The YMCA is the third building on the right. Additional parking is available in the GIANT shopping center.
