2009 HCYL SOCCER SIGNUPS
Late registrations will be accepted through June 7th.  Forms may be found at the library and the administration building.  Please contact Dave Mogg at 534-1226 or djmogg@sbcglobal.com by June 7th to register for the 2009 season.

Cost is $50 for soccer registration, plus the candy fundraiser ($20 to buyout of the fundraiser and $40 to sell candybars - you keep the money when you sell the candy), plus a $10 concession stand fee per family (you will get this back if you work the concession stand one time).  Discounts are available for more than one child.
