The Hamilton Croatia Steelers indoor soccer team are currently entered in the 2008 Oakville First Division (Session II). Although the Oakville Sports Centre is closing this spring, the team plans on sticking together -details will be made available in the fall of 2008.
Established by founder and player Joe Parilac, the team plays indoor soccer at the Oakville Sports Centre, in the Wednesday Night Premier Division. The core of the team has been together since 2003, when the team went by the name NK Karlovac.
The roster is predominantly comprised of friends from in and around Hamilton that grew up playing, or currently still play outdoor soccer under the umbrella of the Croatian National Sports Club of Hamilton.
