ADULT Run & Shoot Football: Welcome
Welcome to the Howard County Recreation and Parks Run and Shoot Football league.
Enjoy playing this fast action, non-contact, low-contact version of touch football. Teams play six on defense and five on offense. Teams provide their own uniform and football. The league plays in the winter, spring and fall. All teams qualify for the playoffs. Fee includes; schedule, playoffs, awards, field rental and administration. Teams pay a league fee to register their team and then pay $45 every week during the regular season to the referees. Here are the details:
Winter League

6 game season plus playoffs (all teams make the playoffs)

$215 team registration fee ($45 each week to the referees for 6 weeks)

A 20% refund fee is deducted from all refund requests received 4 weeks prior to the league starting. A 50% refund fee is deducted within 2 weeks of the league starting. No refund will be given less than 2 weeks before the league is due to start, or after the league has started.
