Fun Fitness Tips To Do at Work
1. When you go to work or the mall, park your car further away than usual and allow extra time to walk to your destination.
2. Squeeze a tennis ball to help strengthen your hand and wrist.
3. Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
4. Shoulder shrugs are a great way to loosen up tight muscles, repeat 5-10 times.
5. Using the phone to talk to the person down the hall?
Get up and get moving...the walk will do you good.
6. Keeps a cup of water close by, but don't forget to get up and fill it up.
Try and drink at eight glasses a day.
7. While sitting at your desk, rotate one foot to 'write' each letter of the alphabet.
8. Shoulder Rolls. Forward 10 times, backwards 10 times.
