Classes are already well underway for summer, but fall is right around the corner. You can start registering for fall classes after 6pm on August 6.
New This Fall!
Step Blast & Body Tone is our new high-energy combination step class taught by Carrie Coleman at Mount View MS on Mondays & Fridays from 9:30am-10:45am. Step aerobics is one of the most efficient ways to burn calories, tone, build muscle and crank up your metabolism. This motivating class will keep you moving until the very end!
Lori Nowicki will also give you an early morning workout with her new Interval Training class at the Cedar Lane Rec Ctr on Mon & Wed from 8:30am-9:15am.
Welcome to Mary Garratt, our new Revive, Relax and Renew with Yoga instructor at the Glenwood Community Center on Mondays from 7pm-8pm and Wednesdays from 5:45pm-6:45pm.
